By completing a purchase on our platform, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below. These guidelines are designed to keep the process simple and transparent.  

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels, tags, and packaging intact. Products that have been worn, cleaned, or altered in any form will not be accepted for return.   
 

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To start the process, please contact our customer service team within this period. Items not meeting the above requirements will unfortunately be declined for return.   
 

We encourage you to carefully check your items upon delivery so that any concerns can be addressed promptly.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Send us an email with your Order ID and reason for return at orbelynnetworkspvtltd@gmail.com.   
 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos  

If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please attach clear photos to help us review your request quickly.   
 

Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines  

Once your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for returning the product. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to avoid further damage.   
 

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not align with our stated conditions.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

After receiving the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will then be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund request.   
 

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.   
 

In cases where an item only partially meets the criteria, such as missing packaging or minor concerns, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly share clear photos or videos of the concern when you contact us.   
 

We will review the case carefully and ensure a fair resolution through a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability.
