SHIPPING POLICIES

Depending on your destination and courier availability, you can expect your package within 3 to 8 business days after the order is processed. 

Currently, we only deliver to pin codes across India and do not provide international shipping.

In rare cases of delay, please contact us, and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.

GRIEVANCE HANDLING

You can submit your grievance through our Contact Us page with order details and supporting documents or images.

We have a dedicated Grievance Officer responsible for overseeing complaint resolution and addressing escalated matters in compliance with applicable laws.

Most grievances are resolved within 7 working days, with updates provided regularly until the matter is closed.

RISK FACTORS

Yes, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or device display. This does not indicate a defect. 

Products are subject to availability. Occasionally, high demand or technical issues may lead to temporary stock discrepancies.

Once an order is dispatched, delays, damages, or losses may occur during transit due to factors beyond our control. We will assist in resolving such issues.
